Getting Started With The App

1. Charge Your Ring First
Connect the ring to the magnetic charging cable and plug it into a power source. While charging, the red light will blink. Once fully charged, the green light will blink briefly and then turn off.

2. Enable Bluetooth
Once the ring is fully charged ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone. Keep the ring nearby during setup (within a few feet) to ensure a smooth connection.

3. Download & Open the Smart Health App
Install the app from the App Store or Google Play. Once opened, tap “Add Device”, then select your ring from the list.
